Every garden room here is steel, and that is a deliberate choice rather than a fashionable one. A steel building asks nothing of you once it is standing. No treating, no staining, no weekend lost to it every spring, and no soft corner quietly rotting where you cannot see it.

Telluria build the Luminato range in Belgium from hot-dip galvanised steel with a 275g/m² zinc coating, and back it with a 20-year corrosion warranty. Four sizes, four colours, the same construction throughout. The roof is a 4cm insulated sandwich panel rated to 220kg/m², so heavy rain sounds like rain and British winters are not the thing to worry about.

Before You Choose

Measure your garden before you fall for a size. Every product page gives you two footprints, and the larger one includes the overhanging eaves. That is the figure your base needs to cover.

Check your planning position early rather than late. The three smaller sizes stand 219cm tall. The 5436 Plus stands 265cm, which puts it above the height allowed within two metres of a boundary under permitted development in England, so it needs looking at properly before you order.

Installation, flooring, insulation and Telluria's factory extras can all be added at checkout, and the cheapest moment to fit any of them is while the building is going up.
