Garden Rooms

Every garden room here is steel, and that is a deliberate choice rather than a fashionable one. A steel building asks nothing of you once it is standing. No treating, no staining, no weekend lost to it every spring, and no soft corner quietly rotting where you cannot see it.

Telluria build in Belgium from hot-dip galvanised steel with a 275g/m² zinc coating, and back it with a 20-year corrosion warranty. Two ranges sit here, built the same way and finished in the same colours. The Luminato is the enclosed, glazed, lockable room you work in. The Singolo is an open-fronted lounge for sitting out in weather that would otherwise send you indoors.

Luminato: The Enclosed Room

Four sizes, four colours, the same construction throughout. The roof is a 4cm insulated sandwich panel rated to 220kg/m², so heavy rain sounds like rain and British winters are not the thing to worry about.

Singolo: The Open Lounge

The same shell with the front left open, so the garden is part of the room rather than something you look at through glass. Both sizes stand 265cm tall, carry the same insulated roof, and arrive with a floor frame, anchor bolts and a lined inside wall. Sliding glass doors are available as a factory option if you would rather close it in, and that is the decision worth making at order rather than later.

Before You Choose

Measure your garden before you settle on a size. Every product page gives you two footprints, and the larger one includes the overhanging eaves. That is the figure your base needs to cover.

Check your planning position early rather than late. The three smaller Luminatos stand 219cm tall. The 5436 Plus and both Singolos stand 265cm, which puts them above the height allowed within two metres of a boundary under permitted development in England, so they need looking at properly before you order.

Installation, flooring, insulation and Telluria's factory extras can all be added at checkout, and the cheapest moment to fit any of them is while the building is going up.
