Why Buy From Us
I think of this one as the size where a covered space stops being a shelter and starts being a garden lounge you actually live in. You get 17.1m² under a 265cm ceiling, open across the whole front, with three steel walls behind you.
Your internal floor runs 450cm by 345cm. That is a dining table for eight with your chairs pushed back, or a hot tub with room to walk around it, or an outdoor kitchen along the back wall and seating still left over.
Where I would be straight with you: 4.8 metres is a long building, and it dominates a small garden rather than sitting in it. Walk the footprint out in your garden with a tape before you commit.
And it has no front, which is the point. If you want it closed and lockable, that is what the sliding doors are for.
Telluria work in steel and nothing else, from European mill stock through to finished kit. That single focus is why the range carries a 20-year warranty. We are an authorised UK dealer for over 20 leading manufacturers, so your warranty and factory support are genuine rather than a grey-import gamble.

Comfortably, and it is one of the most sensible things you can do with this building. Your internal floor is 450cm x 345cm, so a six or seven person tub leaves a walkway on every side rather than being wedged against a wall.
The ceiling helps as much as the floor. At 265cm you have headroom above the lid when it lifts, which is where a lot of cheaper covers fail. The roof is insulated and the structure is ventilated, so steam moves rather than sitting against cold steel.
Take the tub's own footprint from its spec sheet and add 60cm on each side for access. If you have not chosen one yet, our hot tub range lists the footprint on every model.
Outdoor kitchens are the other common one. A run of units along your 450cm back wall still leaves a seating area in front, and the roof means you can use it in October.
Dining is the third. Eight around your table works without anyone eating with their back against the wall. And because the front is open, you are not building an indoor room that happens to be outside. You still get the garden.
Yes. Glass sliding doors span the open front and turn your building into a lockable room, which changes what you can leave in it and how far into winter you can use it.
They come in black or anthracite, and your price at checkout includes the tracking system, the weather brush and the lock for your doors. One thing Telluria are upfront about and so are we: the anthracite door frame is RAL 7024, a slightly different anthracite from the RAL 7043 of the building. Side by side you can tell. Pick black if that would irritate you.
Flat, level, and out to 508cm x 388cm, which is the footprint once the overhanging eaves are counted.
At five metres across, your base is a proper job rather than a weekend of your time and some paving, and it needs to be genuinely true from end to end. Concrete or a purpose-built ground frame is the sensible route. Your kit includes its own floor frame and anchor bolts. Get the slope right too, because an open front means weather comes in and it needs somewhere to drain.
Read this before you order. In England, permitted development limits an outbuilding within two metres of a boundary to 2.5m in total height. This stands at 2.65m, so within that strip it will not qualify.
Set further into the garden the flat-roof allowance is more generous, but a 478cm x 358cm footprint is also a meaningful share of a small plot, and how much of your garden is already built on is part of the test. Take both figures to the Planning Portal and to your council. Rules differ across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Telluria supply an electricity kit built for this building, and you can add it at checkout. It covers wall spots, ceiling spots, switches and sockets including a double outlet.
The supply from your house is separate and a qualified electrician must run it to current UK wiring regulations. If your hot tub is going underneath, tell them that at the quoting stage, because the load and the protection it needs are not the same as a few sockets and some lighting.
There are two Singolos and they are identical apart from the footprint, so your choice is purely about how much covered space you want.
The Singolo 3630 gives you 10.7m², which suits covered seating and dining but is tight around a hot tub. This one adds 6.4m² for a little over sixteen hundred pounds more.
If an enclosed room is what you are really after, the garden rooms collection is the place to look. Same steel, same warranty, four walls and a door.
Yours arrives as a kit on a pallet, and it is the heavier of the two. Access catches people out, so tell us about narrow side returns, steps, gated alleys and overhanging trees when you order.
Our fitters will build it on your prepared base if you add the installation service at checkout. If the sliding doors are going on, having both done in one visit is far easier than retrofitting them.
Your cover is a corrosion warranty on the galvanised steel, which is the property that decides how long a metal building genuinely lasts. It is not accidental-damage cover.
Keep your coating clean and rinse it down occasionally as you would your car. An open-fronted building sees more weather inside than a closed one, so give the back wall the same attention as the outside.
Talk to us before you order rather than after. We will go through your footprint, your base, which side you want the windows and whether the sliding doors are worth it for how you plan to use it. Call 0330 043 4643, email info@outerluxury.co.uk, or message us on WhatsApp, Monday to Sunday, 9am to 5pm.
