A garden building is the cheapest floor area you will ever add to a property, and the one most often bought badly. Timber wants treating every other year. A single-skin metal shed sweats through the winter and drips onto whatever you put inside it. Both tend to be sold on a photograph rather than a specification.

Everything in this section is Telluria, built in Belgium from hot-dip galvanised steel with a 275g/m² zinc coating and guaranteed for 20 years against corrosion. The walls are double-skinned with an insulating cavity, the roofs are insulated sandwich panels, and none of it needs painting, staining or oiling at any point in its life.

Three Ranges, Split By What You Are Trying To Do

Garden Rooms are the buildings you spend time in. The Luminato is the enclosed, glazed, lockable room, from 5.7m² up to 19.3m². The Singolo is an open-fronted lounge built the same way, in two sizes, with sliding glass doors available if you want to close it in later.

Metal Garages are 19.3m² and 22.5m², with a 3.30m internal width, an electric door with LED lights built into the motor, and a double glazed window. The width is the number worth checking against a budget garage, because most single-skin shells give you about 2.8m inside.

Garden Storage covers the smaller problems. Two cushion and equipment boxes, a 193cm cabinet that takes spades and rakes upright, and a bike store with two sockets fitted so an e-bike charges where it is parked. All lockable, all with an insulated lid and a metal base plate.

Two Things Worth Knowing Before You Order

Height decides your planning position more often than floor area does. Permitted development in England caps an outbuilding within two metres of a boundary at 2.5m. Several of these stand at 2.65m, which puts them over that line in that strip and comfortably under the 3m flat-roof allowance further in. Every product page states its own height.

Your base needs to cover the larger of the two footprints we publish, the one that includes the overhanging eaves. Getting this wrong is the single most common and most expensive mistake in the category, because it is only discovered on the day the building arrives.
