Why Buy From Us
The only difference between this steel garage and the shorter 3654 is 90cm of depth. Written down that sounds like nothing. In practice it is the gap between a building that holds a car and one that holds a car and a bench you can still walk behind.
You get 6.00m of internal length and 22.5m² of floor. Park a family car at one end and you have most of two metres left for a workbench, a tool wall and room to stand back from your work.
Two things I would say plainly. Your base is the bigger job here, because the footprint runs to 388cm x 658cm once the eaves are counted. And your door opening is 200cm high, so if a camper is the plan, measure it before you get attached to the idea.
Telluria build in steel and nothing else, from European mill stock through to the finished kit, and every garage leaves the same factory in Belgium. That focus is what stands behind the 20-year corrosion warranty. We are an authorised UK dealer for over 20 leading manufacturers, so your factory support is real.

Length is the easy half for you. At 6.00m inside, a long-wheelbase panel van or a compact camper conversion will sit inside yours with the door shut behind it.
Height is where the answer is often no. Your door opening is 200cm, and a great many vans clear that only by a few centimetres in standard-roof form. A medium roof, a high top, a pop-top or a roof-mounted air conditioning unit will not go through. Measure your vehicle at its highest point, including anything bolted to the roof, and send us that figure before you order.
Your car is a simpler question, and the answer is yes with room to spare. At 3.30m by 6.00m you can park almost anything sold in the UK and walk around three sides of it.
Your 200cm door opening still applies. A roof box, roof bars with bikes on them or a lifted 4x4 may not clear it, so check that measurement against your own roofline rather than assuming a garage this long is a garage this tall.
Flat, level, able to take fixings, and finished and cured before your delivery date. Your base has to cover 388cm x 658cm, which is the footprint once the overhanging eaves are counted.
Treat yours as a garage base rather than a shed base. Your slab carries the standing weight of a vehicle plus the point loads of it driving on and off daily, and a slab that is fine under a shed is not automatically fine under this. Have your groundworker specify it for vehicle use. Set the slope so surface water runs away from your door rather than towards it.
Please read this before you order. In England, permitted development limits an outbuilding within two metres of a boundary to 2.5m in total height. This garage stands at 2.65m, so within that two-metre strip it will not qualify.
Sited further into your plot, the flat-roof allowance rises to 3m and the height stops being the problem. At 358cm x 628cm the footprint is also a real share of a garden, and how much of yours is already built on forms part of the same test. Take both figures to the Planning Portal and to your local authority. Rules differ across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Usually not, and this is worth knowing. A detached garage of between 15m² and 30m² normally needs no building regulations approval if it sits at least 1m from a boundary, or if it is built substantially of non-combustible material. Steel meets that second condition. Yours is 22.5m², comfortably inside the band.
Keep the two distances separate in your head. Planning uses 2m from a boundary, building regulations use 1m, and they answer different questions. The exemption also never extends to your electrical installation. Confirm your own position with your local authority building control team before anything is poured or built.
Yes, and there is no version of your building that does not need it. Your electric door works from a mains supply, so power has to reach your garage even if you order no electrics from Telluria at all.
A new spur from your house consumer unit is notifiable work under Part P, and a registered electrician has to design, install and certify it. This is not a job to take on yourself. The Telluria electricity kit adds wall spots, ceiling spots, switches and sockets, and it can only be fitted where the inside wall lining is ordered too, so the two options travel together on your order.
The buildings are identical in every respect except depth, which is why this comes down to one honest question. Do you want a garage, or a garage and a workshop?
The Garage 3654 gives you 5.10m and 19.3m², which parks a car and lines one wall with shelving. This one adds 90cm, taking you to 6.00m and 22.5m², for a little over eleven hundred pounds more. That 90cm is your bench, your second bike, or the tail end of a long-wheelbase van.
If storage rather than parking is what you actually need, the garden rooms collection covers the same steel and the same warranty in smaller buildings.
Yours arrives as a bolt-together kit on a heavy pallet. Access is the thing that catches people out, so tell us about narrow entrances, gateposts, tight turns and low branches at the point of ordering.
Our fitters will build it on your prepared base if you add the installation service at checkout. If the inside wall lining and the electricity kit are going in, book them onto the same visit rather than taking panels off again later.
Your cover is a corrosion warranty on the 275g/m² hot-dip galvanised steel, which is the property that decides how long a metal building genuinely lasts. It does not cover accidental damage or theft.
On security, here is the physical position and nothing beyond it. Telluria hold no security certification for these garages and we claim none, so put the specification in front of your own insurer before you fill yours with tools. On damp, the cavity walls, insulated roof and ventilation grille reduce condensation far below a single-skin garage, though no steel building is condensation proof.
Talk to us before you order rather than afterwards. We will work through your base, your access, your vehicle height against that 200cm opening, and whether the shorter 3654 would serve you just as well. Call 0330 043 4643, email info@outerluxury.co.uk, or message us on WhatsApp, Monday to Sunday, 9am to 5pm.
