Why Buy From Us
I will start with the thing that separates this from a budget metal garage. Your walls are double-walled steel with an insulating cavity between the inner and outer skin, and your roof is insulated sandwich panel rather than a single bare sheet.
That matters on a wet Tuesday in February. Put a soaking car inside a single-skin steel box and the moisture lifts off it, meets cold metal and drips back down onto your paintwork overnight.
The number I would put in front of you is 330cm. That is your internal width, where a ten foot budget shell leaves you nearer 2.8m, and it decides whether you can open a car door inside.
Where I will be straight with you: your door opening is 200cm high, so a roof box or a roof rack may not clear it. This is also a lot of money for a garage.
Telluria work in steel and nothing else, from European mill stock through to the finished kit, and every garage is built in Belgium. That focus is why the range carries a 20-year corrosion warranty. We are an authorised UK dealer for over 20 leading manufacturers, so your warranty and factory support are genuine.

A UK single garage is usually quoted at something near 2.4m to 3.0m wide by 4.8m to 6.0m long. This one gives you 3.30m by 5.10m inside, so it sits at the generous end of that range.
The width is where you feel it. At 2.8m you park, breathe in and edge out of a half-open door. At 3.30m you open your door properly and walk down the side of the car with a bag in each hand.
Length is rarely your problem. At 5.10m inside you can take a long estate or a seven seater and still shut the door behind it.
Height is the constraint nobody flags. Your door opening is 200cm high, so measure your vehicle at its tallest point before you order. A roof box, a roof rack with bikes on it, a tall 4x4 or a high-top van may not clear that opening, so measure rather than assume.
Flat, level, able to take fixings, and finished before your delivery date rather than after it. Your base needs to cover 388cm x 568cm, which is the footprint once the overhanging eaves are counted.
This is a garage base, not a shed base, and the difference is real. It carries the standing weight of a car plus the point loads of it driving on and off several times a day. A slab that would happily hold a shed is not automatically right here, so have a groundworker specify it for vehicle use. Get the slope right too, so surface water runs away from your door.
Read this before you order. In England, permitted development limits an outbuilding within two metres of a boundary to 2.5m in total height. This garage stands at 2.65m, so inside that two-metre strip it will not qualify.
Set further into your plot, the flat-roof allowance rises to 3m and the height is no longer the obstacle. How much of your garden is already built on forms part of the same test. Take 265cm and 358cm x 538cm to the Planning Portal and to your local authority, because rules differ across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
This is the question competitors skip, and the answer is a good one. A detached garage between 15m² and 30m² normally needs no building regulations approval if it stands at least 1m from a boundary, or if it is built substantially of non-combustible material. Steel qualifies on that second test. Yours is 19.3m².
Note that the two distances are different tests. Planning talks about 2m from a boundary, building regulations talk about 1m, and they are not interchangeable. One thing the exemption never covers is your electrical installation. Confirm your own position with your local authority building control team before work starts.
Yes, and you will need to. The electric door runs on mains power, so a supply has to reach the building even if you skip the electricity kit entirely.
A new spur from your house consumer unit is notifiable work under Part P, and a registered electrician must design, install and certify it. Please do not treat this as a weekend job. The Telluria electricity kit adds wall spots, ceiling spots, switches and sockets, and it can only be fitted where the inside wall lining is also ordered, so the two go together on your order or not at all.
The two buildings are identical apart from 90cm of depth, so your choice is genuinely just about length. This one gives you 5.10m and 19.3m², which is a car and a wall of shelving.
The Garage 3663 stretches the same shell to 6.00m and 22.5m², and it gains a second downpipe. Choose that one if you want a bench behind the car, or if you are parking a long-wheelbase van or a camper. Choose this one if a car and storage is the whole brief and your driveway is not endless.
If a workshop or a home office is closer to what you had in mind, the garden rooms collection uses the same steel and the same warranty.
Yours arrives as a bolt-together kit on a heavy pallet. Access catches people out, so tell us about narrow entrances, steps, tight turns and overhanging trees when you order, and you will get a straight answer.
Our fitters will build it on your prepared base if you add the installation service at checkout. If you want the inside wall lining and the electricity kit, having them done on the same visit saves taking panels back off later.
Your cover is a corrosion warranty on the 275g/m² hot-dip galvanised steel, which is the property that decides how long a metal building actually lasts. It is not accidental damage cover and it is not theft cover.
On security, here is the physical position and nothing beyond it. Telluria hold no security certification for these garages and we claim none, so run the specification past your own insurer before you store anything valuable in yours. On damp, the cavity, the insulated roof and the ventilation grille cut condensation a long way below a single-skin garage, but no metal building is condensation proof.
Talk to us before you order rather than after. We will go through your base, your access, your car height against that 200cm opening, and whether the extra 90cm of the 3663 earns its place for you. Call 0330 043 4643, email info@outerluxury.co.uk, or message us on WhatsApp, Monday to Sunday, 9am to 5pm.
