What you are paying for shows up in the details. Two electrical sockets are fitted as standard, which we have not found on another bike store, so your e-bike charges where it is parked rather than in your hall.
The lid is insulated, which quietens heavy rain and cuts condensation above your frames. The two bi-folding doors fold flat against the body, so yours opens in a narrow side passage where a hinged door would jam against the fence.
Where I will be straight with you. The steel is 0.9mm and Telluria hold no security accreditation for it. If your insurer specifies a rated store, this is not one, and you should hear that from me now rather than after delivery.

Will Two Bikes Fit?
Telluria rate it for up to two bikes, and your internal figures are 193cm wide, 70cm deep and 133cm high. Your bikes go in along the length, not nose first.
The depth of 70cm is the number to think about. Two adult bikes sit in that comfortably if you turn one round so the handlebars are at opposite ends, because bars and pedals are what actually foul each other. The 133cm of height clears an upright adult bike with room for helmets on top.
One thing to plan for. There is no ramp, so you lift each wheel over the frame onto the base plate rather than wheeling straight in. With a heavy e-bike that is a two-handed job, and it is worth siting your store where you can approach it square on.
Can I Charge An E-Bike Inside?
This is the reason most people end up here. Two electrical sockets come fitted as standard, so your e-bike battery charges in the store instead of coming indoors on a kitchen worktop every night.
The supply that feeds those sockets is separate work and is not part of your kit. A qualified electrician has to run it from your house and certify it to current UK wiring regulations, and an outdoor run needs weatherproof fittings they will specify. Talk to them before you order so you know what your garden involves.
Follow your battery maker's own charging guidance as well. Charge on a hard surface, keep the charger clear of anything loose, and take the battery indoors in a hard frost.
Is It Secure Enough For My Insurer?
Here is the plain position. Your Velotto is a lockable weatherproof store supplied with a keyed lock and two keys. It holds no Sold Secure rating and no Secured by Design approval, and it is not police preferred.
That matters because rivals at lower prices do carry those ratings. If your policy names an accredited store, say so and you will get a straight answer rather than the wrong product. Ask your insurer what wording your cover actually uses before you commit.
Either way, fit a ground anchor inside the store and put a good chain or D-lock on the bikes themselves. Any store is a weather barrier and a deterrent, and the lock on your frame is what does the real work.
So What Am I Paying For?
A design-led weatherproof store rather than a security safe, and it is fairer to judge it on that.
The two sockets are the part we have not found anywhere else. The insulated lid keeps rain quiet and condensation down. The bi-folding doors solve the narrow passage that stops most stores fitting. The powder-coated finish is one you can put against a smart house rather than hide, and the 20-year guarantee against rust sits behind all of it.
What Base Does It Need?
Flat and level, firm, and true across the whole 203cm x 75cm footprint. Paving or concrete are the obvious choices, and a sound deck will take the 78kg.
Level is not a detail here. Telluria's own guidance is that an uneven surface has to be packed out with spacers, and spacers leave a gap under the frame that lets water get in underneath. Your doors also need square ground to fold and shut cleanly. Get the slope of your paving right, so surface water runs away from the store rather than beneath it.
Delivery And Assembly
Yours arrives flat on a pallet as a bolt-together kit, and at 78kg assembled it is a two-person build. Put it together where it is going to stand, because a finished 203cm store will not go through a side gate.

What The 20-Year Guarantee Covers
Your cover is a 20-year guarantee against rust on the ALU-Zinc and powder-coated steel. Corrosion is what decides how long an outdoor metal store lasts.
Two limits to know. Grinding the material voids the guarantee, so keep an angle grinder away from yours. And this is a rust guarantee, not accidental damage or theft cover, which is why the insurer conversation above matters.
