Enjoy a 60-day risk-free return policy for our Sauna Blanket. If, by any chance, you find yourself unsatisfied with your Sauna Blanket, you have a generous 60-day window from the date of receipt to request a return and receive a full refund.
Furthermore, in the unlikely event that your item is faulty, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a refund or request a replacement item. Please provide us with video or photo evidence via email at info@outerluxury.co.uk to expedite this process.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@outerluxury.co.uk, and we will promptly provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions for securely repackaging your items. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed within approximately 4 weeks from the date we receive your returned Sauna Blanket.

Is there a warranty?
Yes there is a 2 years warranty. We replace if some item is damaged, faulty or not working properly.
How hot does it get inside the blanket?
Inside the heating infrared cables it goes up to 80C. Close to the body it can get between 50 to 65C.
What should we wear when inside the blanket?
You can use light cotton clothes or a simple pyjama. Something light that helps absorb sweat.
What are the materials?
We currently use the best material possible for this application: PU (Polyurethane) which has no dioxins and is low VOC. Better than PVC ones.
Where can I use this?
Over a bed, sofa, floor, yoga mat or massage table. Any comfortable surface as long as it isn’t something that can melt below.
What kind of infrared does it have?
It is Far-Infrared which is the long Infrared Spectrum that emits Energy as a heat source.
